This week’s podcast is a rare treat, featuring all four Radio Survivors: me, Matthew Lasar, Paul Riismandel and Eric Klein. In the college radio segment, we discuss the pending sale of the FM license for University of Massachusetts Dartmouth’s college radio station WUMD. When we recorded the podcast, I hadn’t heard from many WUMD participants, so I was glad to be able to feature some of those perspectives in yesterday’s piece, WUMD Participants Speak out against Planned College Radio License Sale.
Also, my recap of last fall’s College Broadcasters Inc. convention in Philadelphia, including tidbits from a tour of Drexel University’s college radio station WKDU is in the current issue of Radio World. See the online version here.
