Last year I featured Seattle Radio Theatre founder Feliks Banel in our Radio Obsessives series. Since that time Feliks has been busy crafting more radio dramas, a recent Halloween show in which they did a live radio drama and broadcast (listen to the audio here) of the 1938 Mercury Theater version of “Dracula.”
According to Feliks, in celebration of the 10th year of Seattle Radio Theatre, this year’s holiday radio drama, A Green and White Christmas, will be “…a 10th anniversary production of the show we started with back in 2000.” Feliks told me that he wrote the script and that many of the original cast members from the 2000 production are coming back for this event on December 10, 2010 at Town Hall Seattle. In addition to the live performance, the production will also air live on KPTK-AM 1090 in Seattle.
