During my trip to Seattle in October, 2014 for the College Broadcasters Inc. conference, the third station that I visited was UWave at University of Washington, Bothell. In the world of low power FM (LPFM) this week, news centers around some current and former college radio groups, a few license cancellations, and a number of construction permits granted for stations that will operate with time-share arrangements.
