Touring College Radio Station WLOY at Loyola University Maryland
My final radio station visit during my trip to the D.C. area in April, 2014 was to see WLOY at Loyola University Maryland. Wellesley College Radio Station WZLY Says it Will Sell its FM License
Last December I reported that students at Wellesley College radio station WZLY 91.5 FM were concerned about forthcoming changes to the station related to campus construction and a reduction in space. FCC Fines WAIC at American International College for Late License Renewal and Public File Violations
The FCC has issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture to American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts for late renewal and public file violations at WAIC-FM. WESU-FM Celebrates 75th Anniversary of College Radio at Wesleyan University
This Sunday, November 2nd, Wesleyan University’s radio station WESU-FM will be holding an event on campus to celebrate the Connecticut station’s 75th anniversary. I’m also really pleased to see that the school has an exhibit on view which tells the tale of the station’s storied history. (more…)
